How a Woman of Today Can Find HOPE Today in Jesus

Hi Ladies,

I hope that you are well today. Please contact us if you need prayer or someone to talk to (contact information can be found at the bottom of this page) – we are here for you!

Life is short. Some days or seasons in our lives may seem long, but if today was your last day on earth, wouldn’t life seem short? It is- and we never know which day will be our last.

How do you know what your life will be like tomorrow? Your life is like the morning fog—it’s here a little while, then it’s gone.

James 4:14, NLT

We see so many negative things happening in our world every day. This week I want to remind you of some wonderful things we have to look forward to as believers in Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior!

The blessings of the Holy Spirit! He is always with you- He loves you and wishes to minister to you throughout your every day and every evening. Ask Him for help and see just how good He really is:

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

Galatians 5:22-23, NIV

For God is my witness, how I yearn for you all with the affection of Christ Jesus. And it is my prayer that your love may abound more and more, with knowledge and all discernment, so that you may approve what is excellent, and so be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.

Philippians 1:8-11, ESV

Blessings so great that we cannot conceive with our human mind:

But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

1 Corinthians 2:9, KJV

Assurance of going to the glorious place that is Heaven:

And the twelve gates [were] twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city [was] pure gold, as it were transparent glass. And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.

And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb [is] the light thereof. And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it. And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.

Revelation Chapter 21:21-25 (NIV)

 The restoration of Eden:

Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb down the middle of the great street of the city. On each side of the river stood the tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations. No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him. They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever.

Revelation 22:1-5 (NIV)

If you do not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, will you take a moment today to ask Him to reveal Himself to you? He loves you more than any human being on this earth ever could. He died for your sins so that you could accept the free gift of salvation and be assured of a wonderful future. In asking Jesus into your heart, you can have all these promises to look forward to everyday until that marvelous Day of The Lord.

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Romans Chapter 10:9-13, KJV

When you are born again, your name is immediately written in the Lamb’s Book of Life! You are a child of the King! You are royalty. You can ask God for all that you need – faith, peace, comfort, wisdom, courage- it is His joy to bless His children!

I would like to thank Bridget Farrell and Pastor Robert Farrell for contributing their wisdom and Janet Bonacci for her prayers – all of you are fantastic!
